2024 Photo Competition on Coral Reef Restoration now is open for entry.

Submit your photo which relates to coral reef restoration taken in Western Pacific by 15 March 2024.

Three categories and prizes await your entry, including one Special Prize for participants in the 2nd UN Ocean Decade Regional Conference & 11th WESTPAC International Marine Science Conference.

Updated Timeline

  • By 27 December 2023: Notification of Scientific Sessions & Special Forum abstract acceptance sending from Session Conveners by emails.
  • By 2 January 2024: Selection results of travel grant release on the Conference website.
  • By 25 January 2024: Authors of accepted abstracts of Scientific Sessions & Special Forum confirm their participation with their respective Session Conveners by email.
  • By 7 February 2024: Payment for Early-bird registration.
  • By 10 February 2024: (For Incubators & Workshops conveners) Submission of nearly ready programmes to the Conference Secretariat.
  • By 1 March 2024: Payment of regular registration fee. Please note, in principle no payment will be accepted on-site at the conference venue.
  • Early March 2024: the Conference Programme, including Keynotes, Scientific Session & Special Forum, UN Ocean Decade Incubators and UN Ocean Decade Workshops, release on the Conference website.
